Our house is located in a quiet setting. Only five minutes walk to the Hahnenkamm gondola bottom station and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. A cross country trail is very close by so are the ski-school , the mursery slopes, skilifts, skiruns, the ski-bus and ring-bus stop as well as the Aquarena with indoor swimming pools. On skis, you can get right from the house in a few minutes to the cablecar und the cross country trails. You can ski down the Hahnenkamm-mountain right to the house or if you prefer walking, cross-country, winter hiking and snowshoe-walking, nordic walken trails go past the house.
