Regulars’ Get-together in April 2012
Since 2005, Kitzbühel Tourismus has invited regular visitors to return to Kitzbühel for an annual “Regulars’ Get-together”. This generally alternates between seasons; one year summer, one year winter. We have already enjoyed many entertaining, interesting hours together in the past and we look back at those times with fondness.
From 2nd until 4th September 2011, we celebrated the 35th anniversary of our international “Regulars’ Club” and the programme was once again packed with a variety of activities and outings. Our town guide, Maria Schott, led our regulars to the Kitzbühel crafts workshop “Schuhhaus Haderer”, the ceramics store “Schöne Dinge”, goldsmith’s Evi Klingler”, to a 70 year old village shop still in its original condition and finally we marched on to the blacksmith’s shop “Sohler”. The people of Kitzbühel are proud that they can still display so many traditional arts and crafts.
The highlight was our Kitz Culinary Festival in the Kitzbühel Hinterstadt. The restaurateurs spoiled us with traditional cuisine. To accompany the delicious meals we also served our legendary Kitzbühel wine from the “Scheiblhofer” winery. There will also be a white wine alongside this red in the near future.
As usual, autumn had painted nature in deep, vivid colours and put on an unforgettable show of breathtaking scenery. On the last day, Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel treated all Kitzbühel fans to a free ride on the cable car. Another unforgettable Regulars’ Get-together behind us and we are already looking forward to the next one in 2012!

The new exhibition of works by Kitzbühel artist “Alfons Walde” has been enlarged to 250 m²

:: Easter brunch with music in the Golf- und Skihotel Rasmushof (at the foot of the legendary Streif ski run)

From now on you will receive the Kitz VIP Card as a special thank you for your loyalty to this holiday resort. You can pick up your Kitz VIP card from the Kitzbühel tourist board after more than 10 visits . The VIP card gives you many advantages from our partners in addition to the reductions which you have with the Kitzbühel guest card “red card”. (Proof of registration for the 10 visits is necessary. When you register with your accommodation you are automatically in our computer system)
The honours take place every Thursday at 05.00p.m. The guests are honoured in a ceremonious atmosphere. You can be registered for this honour by getting in touch with the Kitzbühel Tourist Board.
All VIP card holders are invited to an event in Kitzbühel every year.
