Dry and fair in the early morning, then variable with frequent showers.
Rain for most of the day. Maybe a short break around noon.
The Nordic Combined David Kreiner: A young talented skier from Kitzbuehel.
Flying through the air and competing in the cross country combination against all comers is his favourite sport.
When he was two and a half years old he made his first turns in the snow. With six years old he made his first jump on the Schattbergschanze in Kitzbuehel. That was the start of a successful career as as ‘Nordic Combined’ competitor. The high point was winning a gold medal in the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver.
Having travelled far and wide he still says home in Kitzbuehel is the best place on earth. The sport enthusiast enjoys everything that is on his doorstep. Ski touring in Winter, swimming in the Schwarzsee in Summer, Mountain running in Autumn and to cap it all friendly people everywhere.
Even the living legends Hias Leitner and Anderl Molterer are approachable, they are still open to people and they have a good sense of humor.
