Equestrian Event Mauring
Jun 29, 2013 :: Annually an exciting equestrian sporting event at the equestrian centre Mauring is held every July and has its place cemented in the events calendar of the most legendary sports town in the Alps, Kitzbuehel.
The Stadtwerke Kitzbuehel run the jumping and dressage competition annually in the summer up to advanced level ‘Class S’. It spares no effort in the clubs organization and implementation. This success is reflected in the growing field of competitors and the large international presence and an increase in athletic class. The events begin at around 8:00 clock, admission is free. A party atmosphere in the evening is assured.
Horse Riding Kitzbuehel
The Equestrian Club was founded in 1980 and Kitzbuehel's equestrian facility is located at Mauring on the Sonnberg in Kitzbuehel. This club is run by the family Oberauer and has excellent infrastructure with an ideal venue for two exciting equestrian competitions. The two clay courts (20 x 60 m and 40 x 80 m) and a closed hall (20 x 40 m) is ideal for high-profile equestrian events in all weathers. It is a special pleasure to ride in the unique scenic location above the town of Kitzbuehel with a direct view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain.
