In the heart of the Kitzbuehel Alps you can visit a traditional cheese manufacturer that has been producing cheese for generations. They have a recipes handed down through the ages to produce the best cheese from fresh milk.

The quality speaks for itself. Made from a herd of 90 milk cows living on the Alm (the mountain meadows) eating the best of grass and cud, breathing the fresh mountain air.

A visit is an experience not to forget. Views over the mountain ranges, you can buy a ‘Almjause’ (a mountain snack), original smoked meats and taste 6 different sorts of cheese to take home.
