The guided tour through the destillery Erber with a tasting session and the possibility to buy some top quality schnapps.

After being shown the development of how schnapps is made and how secrets of schnapps ‚burning’ has been passed down through the generations, you will be able to be more discerning when offered a’ Tiroler’ schnapps.

You will learn how the techniques have changed but the product is basically the same.
