Authentic top gastronomy with extraordinary aroma compositions
The Berggericht is the restaurant in the heart of Kitzbühel. The historic building with the restaurant on the second floor overlooks the pedestrian zone of the Hinterstadt and is located in the former Berggericht and tax office. It has been part of the European Heritage Project by Peter Löw since 2015 and has been extensively renovated and refurbished in detail until 2020.

Look forward to an exceptional culinary experience at the Berggericht, whose signature dish in the fall of 2022 is two kinds of chamois: chamois tartare with imperail caviar and almond sauce and chamois ragout with carrot and wild herbs.
Together with his team, Chef de Cuisine Marco Gatterer has developed traditional recipes into avant-garde, flavorful compositions with a modern twist. The wine selection includes top Austrian and international wines, in addition to top cuvees from their own wineries Schloß Frankenberg in Franconia and Vergenoegd - Löw in South Africa.
Under the motto "Alpine Fine Dining", the talented Chef de Cuisine Marco Gatterer conjures up exceptional dishes with his modern and creative kitchen style, which are in no way inferior to classic haute cuisine. Especially the influences of his home Tyrol are brought to bear and are reflected in the dishes true to the motto.
