  • Registration obligation remains in place
  • No minimum distance between visitors or groups of guests
  • Entry requirements for catering establishments - 3G Rule: Genesen | Getestet | Geimpft [recovered/tested/vaccinated]  (valid from the 2nd vaccination)
  • Entry requirements for night-time catering establishments 2G Rule: Geimpft [vaccinated] (valid from the 2nd vaccination) | negative PCR test (max. 72 hours)
  • Removal of the obligation to wear a face mask
     - Exceptions: Supermarket and pharmacies
  • For gatherings of 100 people plus, there is a duty of disclosure in force with the district authorities
      - Gatherings of 500 people plus are subject to permit
  • Pubs, discos and clubs are limited to 75 percent maximum capacity
  • Pre-Travel Clearance form is only obligatory for entry from high-incidence areas and virus variant areas, or for entry without a certificate (3-G Rule)

Precautionary measures from our MICE ARGE Partners

The following precautionary measures are in place to protect staff and guests in the K3 KitzKongress conference centre:

  • Prevention concept guidelines for our customers, specifically for our KitzKongress areas
  • Information signage (distancing, FFP masks, regular hand-washing)
  • Disinfection stations at critical areas (main entrance, foyer areas, etc.)
  • Distancing labels min. 1 metre
  • Plexi glass protection door for registration section
  • Regular disinfection in the building & of equipment
  • Fresh air guarantee – Rooms regularly ventilated
  • Seating as per legal requirements
  • Exclusive break area
  • Up to 9 separated entrances available on the ground floor
  • On request: Red Cross test station in the entrance area (fee payable)
  • 100 People | Registration compulsory
  • 500 People | Permit from the district authorities required
  • 3G Rule

Measures put in place for the safe implementation of events in the Hotel Rasmushof:

  • Extensive information on protection measures are distributed to conference participants beforehand
  • Conferences will be held in the Hermann Reisch Saal (365m²)
       -The Hermann Reisch Saal has day-light, large window fronts (plenty of ventilation, fresh air supply available)
       -Thanks to the size of the room extensive seating options are available, with a minimum distance of 1 metre kept without any problem
  • As per the current situation, masks are compulsory for conference participants
  • Disinfection options at the hotel entrance and conference room entrance
  • Table linen is changed and washed daily, and furnishings are disinfected daily
  • Drinks are laid out on  tables in advance, to avoid any direct guest contact
