"Veggie" is considered a colourful attitude to life, and for Christian Lohse, the top quality of the ingredients is also the main focus here. Regional producers provide the heart of his creations in this menu and ensure authentic taste experiences. As an excellent complement, Leo "Jack" Hillinger Junior, son of the well-known winemaker Leo Hillinger, serves a selection of wines made from organically grown grapes.
