Since 2023, the 360° Flow Trails have stood for a clear promise: maximum flow, authentic mountain experiences, and trails that grow with the riders’ skills. The single trails in Kitzbühel are hand-shaped for maximum riding enjoyment and combine alpine scenery with natural lines and flowing descents—for mindful biking between mountain and valley.

The Kirchberg Trail officially kicks off the summer season on 4 June 2026 and invites you to a varied opening weekend in the Kitzbühel Alps. Visitors can look forward to a diverse programme featuring cycling adventures, community activities and relaxing moments on the trails surrounded by nature.

The Dirty GOAT Challenge is the ultimate one-day challenge on the 360° Flow Trails.
Six carefully selected single trails in one day, combined into an intense biking experience.
With 43 km of single trails, the focus isn’t on speed, but on flow, technique, and endurance.
The Dirty GOAT Challenge combines six of the most iconic single trails from the 360° Flow Trails into a continuous day-long route:
- Fleckalm Trail – long, varied, and a true enduro statement
- Kirchberg Trail – The longest flow trail in Tyrol.
- Lisi Osl Trail – technical, direct, and full of character
- Gaisberg Trail – fast, playful, rhythmic, and with plenty of natural flow
- Sonnenrast Trail – flowing and perfectly shaped
- Hahnenkamm Trail – iconic, challenging, and the crowning finale
Together, these trails add up to 43 km of singletrack—with varied terrain, alpine landscapes, and a clear progression throughout the day.

The Dirty GOAT Challenge can be ridden in any order—depending on your accommodation or parking situation.
From Kitzbühel, the fastest route is the one listed above. Possible starting points include the Hahnenkamm gondola, the Fleckalm gondola, or the Gaisber chairlift.

MTB Family Area Streiteck
Located in the sheltered Streiteck basin at the valley station of the Sonnenrast chairlift, this training area is ideal for beginners and those looking to improve their trail riding skills. Lift-accessible blue lines offer an introduction to the flow of riding with banked turns and simple features. The red line includes small drops and jumps, while a black jump line provides advanced riders with space to practice technique and express their creativity.
How do you reach the Streiteck Family Area?
The Streiteck Family Area is accessible via a forest road from the Fleckalmbahn mountain station. Alternatively, the Sonnenrast Trail connects to the area—recommended for riders with basic trail experience. From the Hahnenkammbahn, allow about 20 minutes of riding time, including a short, steeper climb.
Training zones in the valley
The Mocking Skill Area behind the Hahnenkamm gondola offers the perfect training spot without needing a lift ticket. Shaped turns and simple features give riders their first taste of trail riding, while four rideable kickers allow advanced riders to specifically work on their jumping technique.
Located right at the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn is the Fleckalm Skill Area, featuring wooden elements for balance, braking, and bike handling. The area is complemented by a pump track, an uphill section, and two training berms. Particularly popular with coaches and guides—the perfect place to start your day of biking on a relaxed note.

The difficulty level ranges from smooth to technically challenging. Each trail is rated from S1 (easy) to S3 (advanced).
Most trails are located next to lift transport. These are located within easy reach of Kitzbühel - e.g. The Hahnenkamm gondola. The 360° Flow Trails can also be accessed via forest roads with e-bikes or bio-bikes. Please note that the forest roads are steep and require either excellent physical fitness or an e-bike.
The main access points and connections are clearly marked. A cycling map is also available at the tourist office in Kitzbühel or at the base stations of the lifts.
Mountain bikes with good suspension are ideal for singletrack trails. Many riders also use full-suspension e-bikes, which allow them to cover more terrain in less time. Please make sure your bike is in safe and in trail worthy condition. Before every ride, check the brakes, suspension, and all moving parts.

A special highlight for families is the Sonnenrast Trail. It is centrally located within the 360° Flow Trail area and combines elements ranging from S1 (easy) to S3 (challenging). This allows riders of different skill levels to ride the same trail together—in a fun, safe, and fluid manner.
