-------------------------
The Hahnenkamm Trail begins at the Fleckalmbahn mountain station and descends into the valley, passing over the Hahnenkamm (home to the famous "Streif" racecourse). This intermediate-level trail is one of the longest of its kind in Tyrol. It is designed for experienced trail bikers, as it features several technical sections and playful elements that require a certain level of skill! Thanks to a clever route design, the trail relies very little on artificial structures. Natural terrain, sweeping turns through meadows, small rollers, jumps, and organic obstacles provide plenty of variety and action for the whole family. The only thing likely to make you hit the brakes is the stunning view of Kitzbühel. Beginners are advised to book a trail riding course and practice first in the valley—at the Streiteck MTB Family Area—or on the upper section of the trail that runs from the Fleckalmbahn to the Hahnenkamm mountain station.
Showers will die away soon to leave a bright day with plenty of sunshine.
Dry and partly sunny throughout the day, with cloudy periods from time to time.
