Following a successful debut, the 2026 Austrian Beach Volleyball Championships will be held in Kitzbühel for the second time. From 10 to 13 September 2026, the Kitzbühel Tennis Stadium will once again be transformed into one of Austria’s largest beach volleyball venues. Top-class sport and entertainment will unfold against the backdrop of Kitzbühel’s impressive mountain scenery.

Top-class matches featuring Austria’s best beach volleyball teams, and a varied programme of supporting events set the scene. Free sundowner parties, camping at Schwarzsee, youth training sessions and activities focusing on community and inclusion round off the sporting programme.
A spectacular highlight awaits visitors on the final Sunday: skydivers will bring the Austrian flag and the match ball straight into the stadium – an emotional start to the final matches.

National Championships of the Austrian Deaf Sports Association
A particular highlight of the programme is the simultaneous staging of the National Championships of the Austrian Deaf Sports Association (ÖGSV). Held alongside the main competition, the event underlines KitzBeach’s commitment to inclusive sport and shared experiences for all participants.
