Traditional music, costumes, and regional delicacies
On 1 August 2026, the Kitzbühel Town Band will be hosting its traditional fair in the town centre for the 100th time. Brass bands, bars and stalls, shooting galleries and many other attractions will have the whole town buzzing with excitement. Year after year, this huge summer festival, always held on the first Saturday in August, attracts countless locals and visitors from all over the world to our mountain region. The fair is always the occasion to show off the smartest dirndls (traditional dresses) and lederhosen (traditional trousers or shorts).
