Tennis ATP World Tour Kitzbühel

From 19th to 26th of July 2025, Kitzbühel will once again be firmly in the hands of the world's best tennis players and their fans when the ATP World Tour makes its guest appearance in the Gamsstadt at the 80th Generali Open. The traditional tournament guarantees a week of thrilling, high-class matches and emotional moments. But a look away from the courts is also worthwhile. In 2024, there will once again be a lot going on at the Kitzbühel Tennis Club. On Kids Day, Monday everything will be under the sign of young tennis players. On this day, all children up to 14 years of age will have free admission in category B to the Generali Open Kitzbühel. In addition to world-class tennis on the center court, the kids have the opportunity to participate in a great tennis activity program throughout the day.

This year not only the stars of the ATP Tour get a stage: With the U14 competition Next Up in Kitzbühel, Austria's biggest clay court tournament also offers a glimpse into the future of international tennis. All female tennis fans should make a special note of Tuesday. During the Ladies Day, the ladies will once again be the center of attention at the Kitzbühel Tennis Club.

Generali Open Kitzbühel

Philosophy

Hard-fought rallies, spectacular points and emotional triumphs. In 2025 too, the Generali Open in Kitzbühel promises to be an extra special sporting event. This traditional tournament has in the last few years succeeded in promoting tennis euphoria, which has re-awakened in Austria over the past few years, and thanks to its special ambience has blossomed to become a fixed point in the calendar of many world class players.

History

The Kitzbühel tournament has, since its return to the ATP tour in 2011, become a big draw for players and spectators alike. It is the combination of world-class tennis, unique, special ambience and a backdrop which is one-of-a-kind that draws fans and players to the town every year.

Once again this year, big names from the tennis scene will face each other on Kitzbühel's sand and provide matches worth watching. Over 50,000 spectators made the pilgrimage to the stadium in 2019 at Kapserfeld, to experience Dominic Thiem, Philipp Kohlschreiber, Jürgen Melzer and co. in action.
