Golf & enjoyment at the highest level

What do golf clubs and wooden spoons have in common? Both are used at the Golf Festival Kitzbühel – by the best in the business. Over the festival days in June 2025, away from the golf course, award-winning chefs and selected winegrowers will ensure for the most delicious golf week of the summer. The undisputed highlight of the golf week is Golf the Streif, previously known as Streif-Attack: 800 meters in altitude and 12 holes. The aim is to conquer the world's most difficult downhill course with a golf club instead of skis. Golf the Streif is tackled with prominent participation every year. There will be special scores at the Seidlalm Lake - "Nearest to the Pin" and in the finishing shot - "Longest Drive on the Streif".

Festival Highlight

Golfing on the Streif? The unique tournament format over the legendary Streif makes it possible, and only once a year. The prominent highlight, formerly known as Streif Attack, is now presented under the name Golf the Streif. A must for connoisseurs of the format, where the adrenaline of the Streif is mixed with the precision of golf.

Alongside prominent ski athletes and well-known personalities with a connection to Kitzbühel, the Streif will be transformed into a tournament course for all participants in teams of 4. Even though fun comes first - the participants are ambitious and fascinate with the most diverse game strategies.
