Famous attendees from the worlds of motor sport, show business, business and sport give the traditional event an exclusive touch.

The participants in the rally are faced with the task of conquering around 600 kilometres of challenging mountain roads and can choose to either race to the finish line (Sport Trophy) or enjoy a more relaxing jaunt (Classic Trophy). The fact that the event is only open to vehicles dating back to 1972/1975 or earlier guarantees an exclusive starting line-up. In fact, a selection of the finest classic cars from both the pre and post-war periods, including rare models from many major brands such as Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin and Rolls Royce, are showcased at the Alpenrallye every year.
