The cable car Fleckalmbahn, that brings you up into the Ski- and hiking area of Kitzbühel is accessible within a 2 minutes drive (1,5km), the next bus stop is only 50m away. The Golf Course Kitzbübel-Schwarzee (Cross-Country-Skiing track in winter) is about 500m away from our house and lots of scenic biking & walking trails start directly from our front door.
