Lodge Lebenberg boasts sweeping gardens, all day sunshine and some of the best views over Kitzbühel and the famous 'Streif' that you'll find anywhere.
The centre of Kitzbühel is a very pleasant 13min. walk from Lodge Lebenberg. The Hahnenkamm, Fleckalmbahn and Hornbahn Gondolas can all be reached within 5mins. by car.
For summer guests the beautiful Schwarzsee lake for swimming is can be reached on foot in 20mins. Various hiking/biking trails begin right outside your door.

How to get there
Guests are required to check-in at the office of Apartment Managers unless otherwise specified. Check-in is between 3pm – 6pm. Please inform us if you will check-in later than 6pm. Check-out is 10am or earlier, keys need to be returned to the office of Apartment Managers.

Good to know
In order to reserve one of our apartments/houses we require a 30% deposit. Deposits can be made by credit, debit cards or bank transfer (we don’t accept American Express or Diners). Please note any transaction charges or shortfalls in exchange rates must be paid by guests. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to date of check-in. The card that was provided for your deposit will be used for final payment. Please ensure that sufficient funds are available. If you wish to use another card please contact us atleast 35 days prior to arrival. Guests are required to check-in at the office of Apartment Managers unless otherwise specified. Check-in is between 3pm – 6pm.
