Our two apartments are located on the sunny side of Kitzbühel on the ground and bottom floor - with it´s own entrance and terrace and a view of the infamous „Streif“. They are newly renovated and offer a very relaxing stay – nevertheless the „highlights“ of Kitzbühel are easily accessible creating the opportunity for a diversified holiday, a chance to relax and enjoy. The bottom station of the „Bergbahn Kitzbüheler Horn“ is just a 5 minute walk away and takes you into a famililal and sunny skiing-area. The center of Kitzbühel is just a 10 minute walk away and the „Hahnenkammbahn“ gondola is no more than a 5 minute drive.

The price quoted for the requested period concerns the price per day for the requested persons.
Not included are the final cleaning fee of EUR 120,00 (apartement 1/102 qm) and EUR 60,00 (apartment II/ 48qm) ;
tourismus tax is EUR 1,80/person and night. Children younger than 15 Years are exempt from the tourist tax.
For children under 6 years only a laundry fee of EUR 15,00 / week applies.
