Description
We rent two holiday apartments - one being the garden apartment "Aschbach" in the basement for 2 to 4 people (48 sqm) and the other the apartment "Streifblick" on the ground floor for 6 people (102 sqm). Our residential building is located on the sunny side of Kitzbühel in a quiet area with a view of the notorious Streif. They are bright and offer a cozy atmosphere - nevertheless, the "highlights" of Kitzbühel are easily accessible and nothing stands in the way of a varied vacation - a holiday to recharge, slow down, feel good, and enjoy. The valley station of the "Kitzbüheler Horn cable car" is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you to a delightful sunny (family ski) area. The city center as well as the Hahnenkamm station can be easily reached by the city bus or in 8-10 minutes on foot;

The specified price for the requested period refers to the price per day for the requested persons.
Not included are the final cleaning costs of a one-time EUR 130.00 for the 102 sqm apartment Streifblick and EUR 80.00 for the 48 sqm apartment Aschbach.
The tourist tax amounts to EUR 5.00/person and day. Children up to 15 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
