The apartement is on the 1st floor of the farm "Reichwand" on 1000 m altitude. Enjoy the calm and the extraordinary view to the Kitzbüheler Apls, Wilder Kaiser and Leoganger Steinberge. You can start your hiking or mountainbiking tours directly from the house. The ski-slope is in about 5 min. walking distance. On the farm live family Mayr, alpacas and two cats. The next inn is in 500 m, the next village in 5 km, next cities Kitzbühel or St. Johann are in 13 km distance.
