Our farmhouse "Sinnersberghof" surrounded by green meadows is located in a quiet location on the sunny side of Kitzbühel, directly on the panoramic road Kitzbüheler Horn, a paradise for young and old.
If you are looking for a rest from the stress of everyday life and want to use versatile offers, you have come to the right place.
Enjoy around the house the wonderful panoramic view, directly in the city of Kitzbühel and on the legendary "Streif" and not to forget a view of Kirchberg, the Bichlach and the Wilder Kaiser.

In about 10 minutes per car you are directly in the city and can enjoy the special flair of Kitzbühel, who likes it a little more sporty, can drive directly from the farm along the panoramic road to the Alpenhaus and then is in the middle of the hiking area of the Kitzbüheler Horn.

How to get there
How to reach us by car from Germany: - You drive from the A12 Inntalautobahn in the direction of Innsbruck to the motorway exit Kufstein Süd. - At the first roundabout straight out to the 2nd roundabout. - There turn right towards St. Johann / Felbertauern and follow the main road via Söll, Ellmau in the direction of St. Johann in Tirol. - Shortly before St. Johann turn right towards Kitzbühel / Lienz. - After about 8 km the sign of Kitzbühel comes, after about 300m turn left from the main road. - Drive through the railway underpass through 2.1km up the hill, signposted Ried Riesberg 14.
