Our chalet is about 105 m² and equipped for six people.
Sauna & ski room: Opposite the chalet is a sauna house with a size of about 9 m². In the sauna there is an infrared radiator with ABC radiation. Under the chalet is a small ski room with ski boot dryer.
Living area: The chalet has a living area with two comfortable leather armchairs, satellite TV (flat screen TV) and a dining area and kitchen. In the living area warms a cozy open fireplace. Free W-LAN is at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, cookware and dishes.
Bathrooms: The chalet has two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with bathtub/WC, the second with shower/WC and a double washbasin.
Bedrooms: From the first floor, a wooden spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed on an open gallery, walk-in closet space and a tiled stove. Being happy, enjoying peace and quiet and looking at a clear starry sky, that's what everyone would like to do on vacation. That's why we have also named our 2 mountain huts "Alpenglück" and "Alpenstern". Here at about 1,080 m above sea level, above Reith near Kitzbühel, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Kitzbühel mountains, the Kitzbüheler Horn is right under your nose, close enough to touch. In addition, both huts are located directly on the ski slope Astberg in the ski area Wilder Kaiser Brixental. In front of the front door purely in the ski, off into the skiing pleasure and the last swing leads you again directly to your comfortable vacation hut. What could be more beautiful ? From Reith bei Kitzbühel you can reach us in about 10 min.

The two cabins have a living area with dining area and a kitchen, 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a toilet. Opposite each cottage is a small "sauna house" !!! You are welcome (upon request) in the nearby farm of the landlords in the morning to get fresh pastries for breakfast. Our two huts Alpenfrieden + Alpenglück are located directly on the ski slope Astberg in the ski area Wilder Kaiser Brixental. However, the Sonnschwendt mountain huts actually belong to Reith bei Kitzbühel, which is part of the Kitzbühel ski area. You can reach the Hahnenkammbahn Kitzbühel or the Fleckalmbahn in Kirchberg by car in about 15 minutes.
