Whoever enters our farmhouse immediately feels the warm and cosy charm of bygone times. To the ground floor apartment "Wilder Kaiser" either go past the massive wooden stairs to the rear of the building, or you can use the separate entrance with your own parking space. This means that this apartment is to be regarded as self-sufficient from the other accommodations. Wilder Kaiser presents itself with a large and fully equipped kitchen, which is rounded off by a practical wooden counter and its own dining area. Adjacent is the spacious living room with sofa and TV. A small veranda invites you to spend cosy hours in the fresh air when the weather is nice. For those who want to use this apartment for four, the double sofa bed offers two more beds. The 72 square meters of living space also includes a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom.

The bedroom with TV and the newly renovated bathroom are directly adjacent. The equipment features: shower, hairdryer, TV, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dishwasher. If you are planning a family vacation with four people, we will be happy to prepare the spacious sofa bed as a place to sleep for two more people.

Our farmhouse with the apartment of the same name is only about five minutes' walk from its banks. It is characterized by its generous floor space of 50 square meters, extensive equipment and its beautiful wooden balcony. In addition to the living room with couch corner and TV and a rustic dining area, there is a kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and sufficient dishes with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and dishwasher. The bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe is very spacious. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. This apartment can be connected to another residential unit, which also has a beautiful bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a rustic dining area for two people and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The rustic apartment Kitzbüheler Horn is on the first floor of our charming wooden house in Seebichlweg. With a floor space of 34 square meters, it is perfect for two people. There you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as an egg boiler and a small but nice breakfast bar with cosy bar stools. After long days of skiing or hiking, your own bathtub invites you to relax.

With this apartment, we are talking about a very beautiful, luxurious, 76 square meter comfort apartment with an expansive balcony and a sauna, which is directly connected to the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The second room has a 1.40 meter wide double bed and is perfect as a bedroom for your children. In the living room you will find a cosy open fireplace, a couch corner with TV and a massive dining table.
