Welcome to the charming "Nestwärme" chalet!
Our traditional Tyrolean country house can accommodate up to six guests. It is perfect for families or friends looking for luxurious accommodation in the midst of the breathtaking Tyrolean Alps. All the rooms in the house are decorated in a rustic style and invite you to relax.
Activities:
The location of the "Nestwärme" chalet offers a wide range of activities in both winter and summer. Skiing, hiking, biking, golfing - the possibilities are endless. The centre of Kitzbühel is only about 7.7 km away and therefore easily accessible by bike.
Location and arrival:
Salzburg Airport is only 74 km away. Munich airport is 124 km away.
The owners live on the 1st floor. To ensure the privacy of our guests, the first floor is only accessible via the lift.

Important information:
Please note that the pool is not fenced and therefore poses a danger to children and animals. The landlord accepts no liability in this regard. Entering the unheated outdoor areas is exclusively at your own risk. Our house has an old wooden floor, we ask you to take note of this and recommend wearing slippers to avoid injuries. Lighting open fires or candles is expressly forbidden. Smoking is also strictly prohibited.
We will provide you with 1 front door key and a garage door opener during your stay, for which a deposit of € 800,- will be paid before arrival.
