The house has a beautiful garden with a pond and ample parking.
In the neighborhood there is a riding hall.
A bus stop is located about 500m from the apartment. (Ski)
Ski school and practice slope in Reith are about 3 minutes with the car, Fleckalmbahn and Hahnekammbahn about 10 minutes away.
In Reith there is a supermarket, a bakery and several restaurants, a multi-purpose hall (various events) with a bowling alley.
The center of Kitzbühel is about 10 minutes by car.
The golf courses can be reached by car, GC Schwarzsee in about 5 minutes, GC Kitzbühel Cape about 12 minutes, GC Eichenheim in 20 minutes, GC Rasmushof and GC Ellmau in about 10 minutes.

How to get there
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 14.00 and on the day of departure until 10.00.
We will contact you to arrange a personal key handover and show you the apartment.
For exceptional cases, we have a key safe.
Attention, the cross-country ski trail passes right next to our house and crosses the road in the last corner on your approach. Please do not drive on the trail.
