Description
Our holiday home is directly adjacent to our newly built utility building from 2021. The apartment of approximately 100 square meters is located on the first floor. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, a toilet, a kitchen, Tyrolean living rooms, as well as a spacious balcony and terrace with seating and lounging options.The house is carpeted, which emphasizes its charm and coziness.

How to get there
Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. Arrival from 3:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM at the latest. Please note the respective minimum stay duration depending on the season, which can be seen in the calendar.Arrival is easily possible by car in any weather. In winter, a snow plow or spreading vehicle operates twice daily. The car can be parked for free directly next to the holiday home.

Good to know
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house. Pets are allowed upon request, but a one-time fee of 50 euros per pet and stay applies.
Waste separation (residual waste, plastic, bottles, etc. as is standard in Austria)
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM, no parties allowed. The house and its inventory should be treated with respect, as if they were your own. The guest is liable for any damages of any kind.
