Description
Our apartment is located on the sunny side of Reith, 200 m from the main road Reith/Kitzbühel, 5 minutes to the ski bus and a 5-minute drive to the Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee golf club.
The apartment is on the first floor facing south with a 7m balcony, seating area, and lounge furniture.
There is a cozy living room with a tiled stove, dining area, sofa, coffee table, cable TV, and Smart TV with Netflix.
2 bedrooms, bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. And a separate toilet. A hairdryer is also provided. All rooms have underfloor heating.
Fitted kitchen with stove (oven), refrigerator, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, air fryer, coffee machine, coffee capsule machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave. We provide dishcloths, sponge, dish soap, and kitchen roll. Also, many spices.
INTERNET: Free Wi-Fi is available.
Pets are also welcome.
A garage with an electric roller door and a parking space are also included.
The wood for the tiled stove is provided free of charge.
We have an electronic door lock. The code will be sent before arrival, allowing for more independence regarding arrival times.

HOW TO GET THERE:
From the Inntal highway in the direction of Innsbruck, take the Kufstein/Süd-Felbertauern exit in the direction of Kitzbühel, St. Johann via Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau, in Going turn right to Reith.
Drive through the village, take the last road before the village exit sign and the restaurant "S' Pfandl" into Wiesenweg, the 4th house on the right.
Coming from Kitzbühel through Münichau and after approx. 800 m take the 1st road after the village sign and the restaurant "S'Pfandl", 4th house on the right.
