Description
Back to the past at the highest level of sustainability in this listed chalet - recently awarded as a lighthouse project by the Ministry of the Environment.
The design also combines history with modernity at the highest level.
Enjoy this unique and peacefully located small farmhouse, where heritage conservation meets sustainability.
This centuries-old house has just been renovated. The room sizes are in accordance with its age. An additional small children's room is available upon request. After a walk in the surrounding nature, by the lakes or a ski day, enjoy the steam sauna back at the house. The Fleckalmbahn is not far away for skiing in the Kitzbühel ski area, as is the Schwarzsee in the summer. Reith offers a great ski school and in summer, an adventure camp for kids.
The Astberg itself, where the chalet is located, is popular for cycling.
In the center of Kitzbühel with its amazing shops, you are just 10 minutes away. And the great restaurants in the valley are not far either.
