From the living room you have a direct view of the legendary Streif. The Hahnenkamm lift, which takes you directly to the Kitzbühel ski area, is only 850 metres away. The pedestrian zone in the centre of Kitzbühel is also just a few minutes' walk away. Even the train station (Hahnenkamm station) is only 750 metres away from the flat. If you are tavelling by car, a free parking spot awaits you in front of the house. Whether you come to ski in the most legendary sports town in the Alps, simply enjoy hiking in the beautiful Tyrolean mountains or want to spend your holiday in the VIP hotspot of Austria, you are always in the right place in our flat. Please note that our flat is a non-smoking flat. Smokers can comfortably sit in our garden or on the terrace.
Pets are welcome for an extra charge of € 15 per day.
Rest times from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. must be observed without exception. Parties are not allowed!
