With great attention to detail, the house has been carefully restored and thoughtfully brought up to today’s living standards. As a result, it combines the unique character of a historic home with the comfort of modern amenities.

The location couldn’t be better: The Hornbahn valley station is just 50 meters away, providing quick access to the hiking and skiing areas. At the same time, the town center is only 400 meters away, where restaurants, cafés, shopping, and other recreational activities await you. The Hahnenkammbahn is also only about 700 meters away and can be easily reached on foot or by the free Ringbus.
