The apartment is stylishly and modernly furnished, featuring 2 bedrooms (box spring beds), 1 bathroom with a separate WC, and a living area with a sofa bed for the fifth person (completely blackout) that is open and seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Additionally, there is a lockable garage parking space with a ski boot dryer and waste separation system! A travel cot (including mattress, head pillow, and blanket with cover), high chair, changing mat, potty, and step-up for the sink for babies and toddlers can be provided for an additional fee of 45 euros per stay, payable on-site in cash, please indicate when booking! Games, books, etc. are available!
Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape, especially of the Hahnenkamm, where you can see the Streif run.
Another highlight is the excellent location: Despite the quiet surroundings, you are just a few steps away from the essential amenities of Kitzbühel. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer (the house is directly located on the bike path), here you will find everything your heart desires.
