Description
Rent the chalet for 6 or 12 months as well. Inquiries on our homepage. The bright chalet is located in a high vantage point on a sunny plateau and is easily accessible by car. It has a living area of 430 m² with three bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. Additionally, the master bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, allowing a total of 8 people to stay in the chalet. The kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer combination, kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules included). The living room with fireplace offers a wonderful panoramic view of the picturesque Tyrolean mountains. The three bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet, including a hairdryer. A private sauna invites you to relax. The chalet also has a double garage with a carport and a ski room for plenty of space.
As a first refreshment after your arrival, a small selection of drinks is available to you free of charge. Dish towels, bed linen, hand towels, and shower towels, as well as toilet paper, are provided for you free of charge.
Hand and shower towels will be changed daily at your request.

The accommodation Kitz Mountain Living - Chalet accepts special requests:
Arrival from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Please inform the accommodation in advance about your arrival time.
Departure from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Check-in takes place at our main house in Aurach, Aschbachweg 5, you will then be accompanied to the chalet and instructed on-site.
