KitzSki Living offers modern studios and apartments in a central location at the foot of the Hahnenkamm in Kitzbühel. The Hahnenkamm cable car as well as the charming town center with restaurants, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance.
Our 50 studios (approx. 30 m²) and 9 apartments (approx. 45 m²) are modernly furnished and feature a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments offer a separate bedroom and an additional sleeping option in the living area. Two studios are barrier-free.
Thanks to self check-in, you can enjoy maximum flexibility when arriving.
Free parking is available at the nearby Hahnenkamm parking area (P1). E-charging stations are available for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
KitzSki Living is the ideal starting point for hiking, biking, and outdoor activities in the Kitzbühel Alps.

From Munich: via the A8 towards Salzburg, exit Kufstein Süd, then continue on the B173 and B161.
From Vienna: via the A1 (towards Salzburg), then continue on the A10 and later on the B161.
The ÖBB stop Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm is located right in front of our accommodation and offers excellent connectivity.
Free parking is available directly in front of the accommodation at the Hahnenkamm P1 parking lot.
Self check-in: Flexible and independent - you will receive all the necessary information for a smooth check-in at our machine before your arrival.

Good to know
Check-in is conveniently possible from 3:00 PM via the self-check-in machines, and the key card issuance occurs directly on-site. On the day of departure, the room is available until 10:00 AM. KitzSki Living is a self-catering accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is available at Hahnenkamm P1. Wi-Fi is free to use throughout the entire house.
