Our RÉSIdence is an exclusive rooftop penthouse apartment in the heart of Reith Kitzbühel. It is newly refurbished with a lot of attention on cosy details. The centre of the 170m2 apartment is the open living room area.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. Thanks to the size of the apartment and the ideal layout of rooms, all the bedrooms offer maximum privacy which makes the RÉSIdence a perfect choice for both, families and friends. The standard occupancy is up to 5 guests. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
The 2 balconies offer stunning views on the famous “Wilder Kaiser“ mountain, the iconic “Hahnenkamm” and the typical grass-covered mountains. Our RÉSIdence is your perfect starting point for a multitude of activities. Less than 2km away is the natural lake reserve “Schwarzsee” and various golf clubs.

How to get there
Our RÉSIdence is situated in the heart of Reith/Kitzbühel only 300 meters away from the church. Restaurants, cafés, supermarket, bus stop and a ski school are within striking distance.
The city centre of Kitzbühel is only 5km and a 5-10 minutes’ drive away. In the proximity are also Kirchber in Tirol, St. Johann in Tirol, Oberndorf in Tirol and Going.
The mountain railways oft he legendary „Hahnenkamm“ with the world famous „Streif“, the iconic „Kitzbüheler Horn“ and „Fleckalm“ are all close-by (5-10 minutes driving distance).
The natural reserve around lake „Schwarzsee“ (moor lake with dark colour) is a highlight to visit at any time of year and less than 3km away.
