Description
Lovingly renovated guest house from 1969 (approx. 75 m²), peacefully located in Reith near Kitzbühel. The guest house is situated approximately 100 metres from the main farmhouse and features a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities and ample outdoor seating. The house offers two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a cosy corner seating area with a TV (please note that the fireplace in this room cannot be used due to insurance regulations). To access this bedroom, you leave the main part of the house and walk through the entrance area, going down three steps (see photos). From this bedroom, you also have direct access to the beautiful terrace, which offers stunning views of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Hahnenkamm. The same breathtaking mountain views can also be enjoyed from the balcony. The second bedroom is located in the main house and has enough space for an extra bed if required. An additional bed can also be accommodated in the lower bedroom. The bathroom has been tastefully renovated and features a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine, which guests are welcome to use free of charge. The open-plan living and kitchen area has also been renovated. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with a small dishwasher, oven, four-ring ceramic hob, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. There is also a corner dining nook, a comfortable sofa, and a small TV. The balcony is furnished with two benches, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the magnificent mountain scenery. We are a small working farm where there is always something happening. We keep Angus cattle, pigs, chickens, ducks, cats, and a dog. Our chickens and ducks roam freely around the farm. Dogs are very welcome. A bakery is located in Reith, approximately 3.5 km away, and a small M-Preis supermarket is about 2.5 km from the property. There is plenty of free parking available directly in front of the house, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay.
