Guests have three different categories to choose from. MAISON, the approximately 62 m² attic apartment in atelier style, offers spaciousness, clear lines, and a relaxed living atmosphere. STUDIO, the roughly 35 m² garconniere, combines compact size with stylish furnishings and feels like a small, private retreat. TINY HUT, the mountain cabin in the valley, creates a particularly close-to-nature experience – ideal for those who appreciate tranquility, warmth, and authenticity.
All units are distributed around the ALTE GERBEREI - Hans Frauenschuh in Kitzbuehel. Despite the proximity to the main road, the living experience remains pleasantly quiet. The location is perfect for guests who want to explore Kitzbühel flexibly: by car, the center can be reached in about five minutes, and on foot in about twenty minutes. The surrounding nature, mountain landscapes, and diverse recreational opportunities make the accommodations ideal starting points – both in summer and winter.
A special bonus for all guests: access to the outdoor organic sauna, which can be used upon request and offers additional tranquility and relaxation.

Furnishings & Deposit: We kindly ask you to treat the well-appointed units with care. A deposit will be blocked on the credit card upon arrival and released after final inspection. Damages may be charged.
Shoes: Please do not wear street shoes in the apartments.
Quiet: Considerate behavior towards other guests is expected.
