Villa Alpenblick welcome you with typical tyrolean style and rustic coziness based on the bottom of Bichlalm in Kitzbühel. Enjoy the beautiful view over the mountain rage of Kitzbühel.
The house is perfect for adventurous families, health-conscious hiker or silent seeking people. Enjoy perfect slopes on the award winning ski area of Kitzühel or relax in our big garden with the romantic pond.
The Villa Alpenblick has a master sleeping room with walk in closet, balcony and renovated bath room. You will find in the same floor a 2nd sleeping room with balcony as well as a 3rd sleeping room with a small queen size bed (130x190cm). Both sleeping rooms are sharing a bathroom and separated toilet. The villa has another sleeping room (bed size 140x190cm) with a own bath room in the style of the 60ties.
The ground floor will convince you with a newly renovated and modern kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room with a open chimney.

You will find an idyllic pond on the property, please keep a special eye on your children. The pond is frozen in winter time.
We assume no liability! - A very warm welcome to your dog! It will sleep for a surcharge of EUR 15,- per day in our house. Please keep the property clean.
On request, we kindly provide a food bowl and blanket for your dog. -
Deposit: To confirm your reservation we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% from the total amount.
