The apartment features two bedrooms: one classic bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and an additional loft bed – perfect for families. The large living room can also accommodate two additional guests comfortably. In total, there are three bathrooms: two with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Highlights include the private garden with terrace, a sauna with views of the Wilder Kaiser, the open fireplace and the warm, fully furnished interior. A private outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the house.
The location is peaceful yet central: within about ten minutes on foot, guests can reach both the town center of Kitzbühel and the Schwarzsee lake.

How to get there
Arrival should ideally take place between 14:00 and 15:30. An individual arrival time can be arranged in consultation with the host. The handover of the keys and all relevant documents is usually carried out in person and can – depending on the agreement – take place either directly at the apartment or at another location in Kitzbühel specified by the host.
