Since winter 2017 we have been welcoming guests to our Wirts‘Hochalm, a unique retreat for those seeking peace and quiet, those looking for adventure and those who enjoy nature. The entries of numerous satisfied and enthusiastic visitors in the hut book fill us with pride. How to get there
Right on the slopes. In the middle of the Kitzbühel ski area, on the Bärenbadkogel, is the small alpine hut with a view of the breathtaking panorama of the Hohe Tauern. The Wirts‘Hochalm is a detached hut furnished at the highest level at 1685m. Accessible only by ski or snowmobile. A unique experience on the mountain.
From 8:30 a.m. / parking lot at the Schwarzen Adler in Jochberg, where you will be met. Independent purchase of the lift ticket and ascent by ski from the Jochberger side (3 lifts) If you arrive after the lift closes: passenger transport by snowmobile by arrangement possible from 4 p.m.
