Since 1985, this restaurant has stood for genuine enjoyment, authentic regional dishes, and creative delicacies... Even upon entering, the eye may catch one rarity or another: from water buffalo to marmot, everything is there. Especially in winter, the crackling fireplace spreads a special magic and makes everything seem even cozier.
The home-style cooking served in cast-iron pans has shaped the name s`Pfandl” from the very beginning. The freshness of the products used is an absolute matter of course for the team. Regional and seasonal specialties are processed with equal care.
The rustic skewers are spiked with a choice of beef fillet and turkey breast, and the knuckle of veal is also a permanent fixture on the menu.
A constantly changing recommendation menu with regional and international specialties is also offered.
