The owner's name is Flavio D'Auria. His cuisine stands for joie de vivre, lightness and humility, for the great Italian dishes that represent a healthy, natural and genuine cuisine. The ingredients are carefully selected, good quality is very important, so they work with many traditional suppliers such as the "Falorni" butchery from Greve in Chianti and the best wineries in Tuscany.
