The Kitzbüheler Horn is a real racing bike star and, at 22.3 percent, the steepest bike mountain in Austria. A truly epoch-making climb. A total of 7.1 kilometers and 876 meters in altitude have to be conquered on 18 hairpin bends - that's only something for trained road cyclists.
This tour to Jochberg and up the Pengelstein requires a somewhat better condition, because the 1,166 meters of altitude of the tour are sometimes a bit steeper. The total of 10.9 kilometers covers 1,030 meters in altitude - basic technical knowledge is absolutely necessary for the difficult tour.
The Flow Trail starts at the mountain station of the Fleckalmbahn and leads over the Hahnenkamm (with its famous race track the Streif) down into the valley. The blue flow trail on the Hahnenkamm is the longest of its kind in Tyrol. The route is kept family-friendly, with easier key sections and playful elements.
The Salvenradrunde is one of the most popular bike tours in the Tyrolean lowlands. Although the tour is not the shortest, it is mostly very flat and almost the entire route is covered on beautiful bike paths. Therefore, this route is also ideal for families and pleasure cyclists.
The Bichlach is known as a pond paradise, because in the gentle, hilly forest and meadow landscape there are a number of idyllic small ponds to discover. The Bichlach loop is the ideal half-day tour, especially for families and bike beginners - break already included.
