Alpine Stage 4 - Aschau - Kitzbühel - 7:30 Hrs | 16km | 1,050 m uphill
One of the most beautiful walks in the Kitzbühel region begins in Aschau. You'll hike towards Schwarzkogel with views of the Kleine Rettenstein and the Kirchberg Valley. Once you reach the Pengelstein ridge, panoramic views open up towards Jochberg, Pass Thurn, and the stunning Hohe Tauern National Park. An easier passage takes you in the direction of Steinbergkogel as you catch your first glimpse of beautiful Kitzbühel and the Kitzbüheler Horn. Finish the last 2 hours of the hike with a descent of the world's most famous ski race course, 'The Streif'. You’ll conclude in Kitzbühel, the charming alpine town known for its picturesque postcard architecture and Tyrolean culture.
