Markus Gandler (* 1966 in Kitzbühel) is one of the most successful Austrian cross-country skiers of all times. Together with his team colleagues Alois Stadlober, Christian Hoffmann and Mikhail Botwinov, he was one of the "golden generation" of Austrian cross-country skiing in the late 1990s.
