KITZ Kulinarik Brings Alba to Kitzbühel’s Stadtpark
Kitzbühel Tourismus once again invites food lovers to KITZ Kulinarik x Piedmont in Kitzbühel’s Stadtpark from 8 to 11 October 2026. Now in its sixth edition, this culinary collaboration brings together specialities from Kitzbühel and the flavours of Piedmont. The focus is on Piedmontese truffles, wines, hazelnuts and other regional products, alongside creative dishes prepared by participating local restaurateurs.
Over four days, KITZ Kulinarik x Piedmont invites visitors to stroll, taste and indulge in Kitzbühel’s Stadtpark. The combination of Kitzbühel’s culinary scene, Piedmontese specialities, truffle culture and live music makes this autumn weekend a meeting place for food lovers and anyone looking to enjoy a taste of the Italian way of life.

Alba Comes to Kitzbühel’s Stadtpark
High-quality products, dedicated restaurateurs and producers from Kitzbühel and Piedmont once again shape this year’s edition of KITZ Kulinarik x Piedmont. The culinary selection in the Stadtpark ranges from freshly grated Alba truffles and truffle risotto served from a wheel of Kinara cheese to pizza al tartufo.
Piedmont will showcase a selection including wines and Langa Spirit, specialities from Alba, hazelnut products and a variety of truffle products. Kitzbühel’s restaurants complement the offering with their own creations. The menu includes truffle veal bratwurst with truffle fries and Parmesan, scrambled eggs with truffle and toasted farmhouse bread, vitello tonnato, tarte flambée, truffle cheese spaetzle, creamy potato soup with truffle, antipasti platters and Piedmontese truffle burgers.
Wine, gin, grappa, truffle pralines and other Piedmontese specialities round off the selection, inviting visitors to taste and discover the flavours of the region.
Culinary Delights Meet the Italian Way of Life
Italian sounds will fill the Stadtpark on Friday with DUO SAPORI. Hamlet Fiorilli and Alberto Lovison will perform Italian pop hits, well-known classics and lively songs.
On Saturday, PICENO BRASS brings five musicians to the Stadtpark with “Brass & Truffle”. Trumpets, trombone, tuba, accordion and percussion combine classical music, jazz, Dixieland, blues, folk and well-known film classics with Italian flair and Bavarian sounds.
Truffle Hunting with Dogs
The truffle dogs will once again be a special highlight of the programme. The specially trained dogs will demonstrate their remarkable ability to track down the prized delicacies during live truffle-hunting demonstrations.
The demonstrations will take place on Thursday, 8 October, at 2.30 pm, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11.30 am.
