After a ride in the red winner gondolas of the Hahnenkamm cable car, the hike starts at the start house. In winter and summer the focus is on the key points of Mausefalle, Steilhang, Brückenschuss, Alte Schneise and Seidlalmsprung up to the Traverse. By means of digital info screens, the racing feeling can be felt up close in summer too. At the aforementioned key points there are clearly recognisable red gates. At the Ganslernalm, the hiking trail keeps to the left for a stop at the Rasmushof in the finish area of the legendary Streif.
