Summerfestival of Snowsports
It all starts at 2 p.m. with a large sports festival. Children and adults can try their hand at a mobile ski jump, test their accuracy in biathlon, or be active at various activity stations. In addition, a roulette wheel, autographs from the Ski Austria stars, and numerous other attractions await visitors. Food and drinks will also be provided.
A special highlight follows at 5 p.m. on the open-air stage in the Pfarrau Park. During the awards ceremony, the most successful athletes of the Austrian Ski Association will be honored for their achievements from the past winter. Also present will be the medal winners of the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The program will be hosted by moderators Daniela Schmiderer and Lukas Schweighofer.
The atmospheric conclusion will be a concert by the Stadtmusik Kitzbühel at 8:30 p.m.
With this event format, Ski Austria and the Kitzbühel Ski Club aim to make winter sports tangible in the middle of summer while also showcasing successful athletes.
