The house where the "Hornbichl" apartment is located is a true treasure of history. It was built around 1900 and combines the authentic charm of bygone times with modern comfort. The careful restoration has preserved the character of the house while creating an inviting, warm atmosphere.
The location couldn't be better: directly at the ski lift and only a few minutes' walk from the center of Kitzbühel, the house offers an ideal base for skiers, winter hikers, and families wanting to experience the alpine lifestyle.
Furthermore, the house features spacious balconies with a magnificent view of the legendary Streif and Hahnenkamm. For added comfort, a private storage room is available for securely storing sports equipment.

• The reservation obliges adherence to the house rules. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellation policy:
• Up to 30 days before arrival: 90% refund of the deposit amount
• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days
• Late arrivals or early departures will not result in a refund
