In the cottage Kainzern are three apartments in different sizes and prices. This wonderful wooden house is situated in the outskirts of Jochberg, Saukaserweg 1 / Kainzerweg. Our original wooden house is a speciality in the neigbourhood, because there are only a few one left. It was built in 1909 by Rupert Rieder a timber merchant, with a lot of love and craftsmanship. Everything except some renovation, like WC bathroom kitchen and central heating is in original condition. We are proud to offer you these original Tyrolean comfortable living style! "Mathilde" is perfect for families with children. You can combine this apartment easily with "Franzl" which is located just upstairs. We often have two families that take this opportunity. In this apartment we have wooden floors in the living room, the bedroom and the hall made out of "Zirbenholz".
