Description
Our house is in the middle of meadows, just a stone's throw from Kitzbühel in a sunny location. From our house you have a clear view of the Wilder Kaiser massif and the ski slopes of the Kitzbühel ski area. The cross-country ski run is in the immediate vicinity. Alpine skiers can reach the Fleckalmbahn in a few minutes by car, which leads to the huge ski area of the Kitzbühel Alps. There is a bus stop about 250 meters away, from which you can also get to the ski area. In summer you can wonderfully relax in our large garden or at the nearby Schwarzsee or Gieringer Weiher. The Schwarzsee Golf Club is located in the direct neighboring town.
